Refund and Cancellation Policy
At MAS Academy, we strive to provide a high-quality learning experience for all our students. As our services involve digital content and online courses, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations to ensure transparency and fairness.
MAS Academy is the official brand of MASMKD PRIVATE LIMITED.
1. Enrollment and Access
Once a student enrolls in a paid course on learn.masacademy.org, access to the digital content is usually granted immediately. Due to the digital nature of our products (videos, downloadable resources, and curriculum), we encourage all students to review the course syllabus and watch any available free preview lessons before making a purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day “No Content Accessed” Refund Policy.

Eligibility: A full refund may be requested within 7 days of the original purchase date, provided that the student has not accessed, streamed, or downloaded more than 10% of the course content.

Ineligibility: If a student has completed the course, downloaded significant portions of the material, or received a certificate of completion, the purchase is considered final and no refund will be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Items

Fees paid for professional certifications or third-party examination vouchers are non-refundable.

Any administrative fees or convenience charges applied by the payment gateway at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation Policy

Self-Paced Courses: You may cancel your enrollment at any time; however, cancellations do not automatically trigger a refund unless they meet the criteria in Section 2.

Subscription Plans: If you are on a monthly or yearly subscription, you may cancel at any time to prevent future billing. You will retain access to the content until the end of your current billing cycle.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Include your Order ID and the reason for the refund request.

Our team will review your account activity and respond within 3-5 business days.

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.) within 7-10 working days, as per bank and payment gateway (Cashfree) timelines.
6. Modifications
MASMKD PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page and will apply to all purchases made after the date of the update.
